the hotel is quite large, with ample space. our bathroom was a good size, a real plus. the staff were friendly and helpful, always available. the location is pretty good for shops, the beach, markets, and even a free shuttle to siam mall.
the hotel rooms felt somewhat dated. a refurbishment would improve the overall experience.

The bar staff made rounds in the evening. I found this a nice, attentive touch. restaurant staff were also great. They cleared tables quickly and efficiently. the staff seemed genuinely happy to help.

The location is convenient. A short walk takes you to the beach. several bus stops are nearby. These offer easy access to various places. a number of shops surround the hotel.

The hotel has a heated pool. It was great for cloudy days. there are stores available on site. I found these very convenient. the hotel uses an app with menus. This i liked.

The walls were too thin. I heard everything. a wedding kept me awake one night, but i received no warning. the rooms were dated and didn't match the rest of the hotel.

i appreciated the hotel's cleanliness. housekeeping did a great job maintaining the rooms. the bar staff was attentive and offered table service during the evenings. i found the activities planned by the animation team were really fun.
the hotel lacked air conditioning. this made the room uncomfortable, especially during warmer days. i had to request a fan to help with the heat, not ideal for a supposedly 5-star hotel.

i stayed for several nights in a double room the room had two separate sinks and a rainfall shower there was a shopping center nearby with several restaurants i found it convenient breakfast had a variety of options including freshly made omelets and pastries
the door to my room was hard to open sometimes
